Thanks! The topic is more about challenges on how a person can cope with the demands of his/her practice. I already pointed out some evidences supporting the problems; and I could point out some more of these problems. However, for me to explain and/or express my point of view more about it descriptively, I will be needing to create another topic. Could you be more specific on what keywords (realization or situation) you are into and like to learn and/or know more about this topic? The intention is to write the new topic around your keywords context. I already mentioned about a framework (self-assessment and improvement plan) as one approach to find solution to topic problems.
