Development Program in this context refers to a learning process that allows a person to understand and enhance his/her knowledge, skills, and abilities to build discipline expertise, enhance personal growth, and/or contribute to organization development in meeting the needs of a given situation and/or adapting to the operational changes.

Dialectical process means processes which craft agreement out of disagreement. The disagreements often play an important role in identifying misunderstanding[01].

Disorder in this context is a condition that requires organization of patterns.
